Dr. Todd M. Price is a retired U.S. Army veteran and global security scholar with over two decades of counter-terrorism operations across the Middle East and North Africa. After transitioning from military service, he co-founded the Global Counter-Terrorism Institute (GCTI), where he now leads interdisciplinary research on predictive security, ethics, leadership, and geopolitical strategy.
